The problem

Separate systems and manual handoffs can cause duplicate work and errors. First assess which integrations or existing features are sufficient.

Services

Our approach

Assess which process steps existing software can support and where custom work or an integration is needed. Agree architecture, access and acceptance criteria before delivery.

Thorough process analysis and clear requirements up front

Modular setup for a long lifespan

Smooth integration with existing systems via APIs

Extensive testing and documentation

Engagement & timeline

Timing and capacity confirmed after scoping and availability checks

What you get

  1. Functional and technical design
  2. Phased delivery with acceptance criteria
  3. Integration build and data mapping
  4. Training, documentation, and support

Intended outcome

This is an objective, not a measured customer outcome. Software aligned with the agreed process and existing systems.

Frequently asked questions

How do you handle legacy system integration?

We use an API-first approach with adapter patterns that enable communication with legacy systems without having to replace them. Gradual migration reduces risk.

Who is responsible for maintenance after delivery?

Care is optional with explicit coverage and time limits. New functionality is quoted separately. Software and consumption are separate from care unless expressly agreed otherwise.

How do you prevent vendor lock-in?

After full payment, the exclusive, unlimited use licence applies under the existing terms. Access, documentation, export and third-party maintenance must be agreed consistently with the contract.

What is the difference from an ERP implementation?

Custom enterprise software is built around your unique processes, where an ERP forces you to adopt standard processes. We recommend custom when your processes are a competitive advantage.

What could run better for you?

Tell us about one recurring task. You don't need a technical design yet.
