Security and care
Accounts and access
Record who holds each account, who pays and what access is needed. Limit permissions to the task and agree onboarding, offboarding and revocation.
Data and providers
Map data types, connected services, processing locations and retention. Discuss applicable agreements before processing personal data. EU hosting is not a general GDPR guarantee.
Incidents and changes
Agree alerts, responsible people, manual fallback, recovery and additional costs. Vendor outages or software changes may require extra work.
Licence and exit
Under current terms AppMakelaar retains intellectual property and grants an exclusive, unlimited use licence after full payment. Account handover, documentation, exports and another maintainer’s rights must be explicitly agreed; this is not a promise to transfer ownership.
The website chat may use third parties outside the EU. Do not share sensitive customer data; the privacy policy describes this processing.
