About us

Attention to the work that matters.

AppMakelaar operates from Beverwijk with a founder and participating specialists. Before starting, agree who leads your project, who builds, who approves changes and who covers absences.

One contact, specialists where needed

The delivery lead manages scope, progress and acceptance. Specialists deliver agreed components. Your process owner sets business rules and accepts the result. Names, availability and backup arrangements belong in the project agreement.

  1. Choose and scope

Discuss the process, volume, systems and likely value. Record scope, exceptions and acceptance criteria.

  2. Build and test

Build with authorised samples. Review normal cases, failures, retries and manual fallback together.

  3. Accept and hand over

After approval, document access, monitoring, escalation and rollback. Your team receives guidance and documentation.

  4. Review and maintain

Compare adoption and outcomes with the baseline. Choose suitable care or agree a separate handover.

Work in practice

Two actual projects. Their workflows do not guarantee the same outcome in another business.
