Process blueprint

One process, up to two focused sessions, a baseline, process map, risks, options and scoped quotation. No build. Only needed when scope requires it; paid separately without automatic credit.
First workflow
From €3,950
Indicative range: €3,950–€6,500
One process with up to two standard app integrations, agreed exceptions, basic failure alerts, duplicate-action protection where relevant, test records, acceptance, handover and stabilisation. The starting price applies to a bounded base scope that fits these limits.
Connected processes
€7,500–€15,000
Linked steps, more integrations or approvals and broader acceptance testing. An indication after discovery; larger programmes are individually priced.
Large data clean-up or migration, custom portals, ERP development, broad knowledge systems and sensitive decisions are outside the first workflow. Additions receive a separate scope and price.
Optional care with clear limits
Care covers agreed maintenance and incident work, not new features. Software licences, hosting and consumption are agreed separately and paid by you or transparently recharged.

Hours: 09:00–17:00 Europe/Amsterdam on Dutch working days, excluding public holidays. Response targets concern acknowledgement and triage, not guaranteed resolution or human 24/7 support. Unused time expires. Extra work, vendor outages and major changes are assessed separately; chargeable work requires approval. Any emergency spending limit is agreed in advance. Existing defects within project warranty are not charged as new features or double-counted against care.
A first-year example

First workflow base scope plus twelve months of Essential. Add software usage and your own implementation time. This is arithmetic, not a mandatory contract term or promised return.
New proposals from . Existing agreements retain their terms. Your quotation confirms scope, schedule, warranty, payment, software charges and termination arrangements.
