After approval, document access, monitoring, escalation and rollback. Your team receives guidance and documentation.
Review and maintain
Compare adoption and outcomes with the baseline. Choose suitable care or agree a separate handover.

Outside the base scope
Large data clean-up or migration, custom portals, ERP development, broad knowledge systems and sensitive decisions are outside the first workflow. Additions receive a separate scope and price.

Does it always need AI?
No. Start with the task and check whether existing features or simple rules are sufficient.
What happens after my enquiry?
We review your process and contact you about an introductory conversation covering volume, systems, ownership and a possible next step. No technical design is required.
Is care mandatory?
Care is optional. Agree responsibility for monitoring, incidents, access and changes before delivery.
What if automated processing fails?
Test agreed exceptions, alerts and manual fallback. Uncertain or sensitive decisions go to a person.
What does working automation cost?
First workflow from €3,950 excluding VAT. Optional care and software costs are listed separately in your proposal.
