Automation, thoughtfully made

Stay in control of your inbox with triage

Organise, summarise and route incoming messages. Your team reviews exceptions and decides which actions may run automatically.

When it fits

For Dutch service businesses with roughly 10–100 employees, repeatable work and a process owner. Low volume, unclear rules or a suitable standard feature may favour a smaller solution.

What we need from you

A process owner, access to agreed accounts, lawfully shared representative samples, a usable API or supported connector and time to review exceptions and tests.

  1. Receive and classify a message using agreed categories

  2. Route urgent messages with a summary to the owner

  3. Review uncertainty, sensitive information and exceptions

  4. Update labels, daily summary and processing log

If uncertain: human review

Security and care

Payment instructions, employment matters, sensitive records and ambiguous messages need human review. Log corrections and test failure paths with representative samples.

Outside the base scope

Large data clean-up or migration, custom portals, ERP development, broad knowledge systems and sensitive decisions are outside the first workflow. Additions receive a separate scope and price.

Work in practice

Fiducia uses Gmail and Slack. Outlook, another CRM and extra integrations need separate feasibility checks; savings figures require a verifiable baseline.

From clear agreements to working adoption

  1. Choose and scope

Discuss the process, volume, systems and likely value. Record scope, exceptions and acceptance criteria.

  2. Build and test

Build with authorised samples. Review normal cases, failures, retries and manual fallback together.

  3. Accept and hand over

After approval, document access, monitoring, escalation and rollback. Your team receives guidance and documentation.

  4. Review and maintain

Compare adoption and outcomes with the baseline. Choose suitable care or agree a separate handover.

An agreed first workflow is typically planned over 2–4 weeks once scope, access and samples are ready. Your proposal confirms the schedule; complex programmes have a separate phased plan.

First workflow from €3,950 excluding VAT. Optional care and software costs are listed separately in your proposal.
